Open Resume Editor CV Maker PDF AI on your device and go to Settings → Help & FAQ → “Delete my data”, then confirm. Your AI account data is deleted right away and you are signed out.

This is the quickest option and needs no email. The résumés you create are stored on your own device — clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling removes those from the device as well.

Deleting your data permanently removes the account data our servers hold for you:

• Your AI credit balance and any earned, granted or purchased credits.
• Your AI usage history (the record of AI actions on your account, including the email attached to those records).
• Your account record (the Google email used as your account key).
• Your usage and rate-limit counters.
• Any pending rewarded-ad verification records tied to your account.
• Any AI output ever stored against your account (see below — for Resume Editor CV Maker PDF AI this is normally empty, because your résumés stay on your device).

When you delete in the app, the removal happens immediately: the personal records above (your credits, account record and usage history) are erased the moment you confirm.

A scheduled server process then makes a second, automatic pass to clear any remaining non-personal residue (such as usage counters and expired ad-verification records) and to strip the email from the deletion request itself, so nothing identifying is left behind once the deletion is complete.

For a short, limited set of items we may retain data after deletion, only where necessary:

• A one-way hashed device identifier used solely to prevent repeated free-trial abuse. It contains no name, email or personal information and cannot be used to identify you.
• Anonymised or aggregate logs that no longer identify you.
• Anything we are legally required to retain. Where this applies, it is deleted once the requirement ends.

Your résumé text is only sent to our backend and an AI model at the moment you tap an AI action, to perform that action — it is not kept in an account profile on our servers. The résumés you build live in an encrypted database on your device; uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes them from the device.
