QuitWin turns quitting into a game you can actually win. Pick a habit — smoking, drinking, vaping, sugar, doomscrolling and more, or several at once — and watch your sober time climb to the second, alongside the money you've saved and the health milestones your body is quietly recovering.
Every clean day earns XP across 100 levels, unlocks trophies and grows your phoenix companion. Daily check-ins build a streak you can protect with earned streak freezes, the journal and urge log capture the story, and a year-long heatmap shows it all at a glance. When a craving hits, the Panic button opens instant SOS tools — guided 4-7-8 breathing and urge surfing — to carry you through the hardest minutes. And QuitWin is compassionate by design: a relapse never wipes your progress. Your best streak, money saved and XP stay yours.
There is no account and no server run by us — your recovery data stays on your device. QuitWin is free, and it also offers a strictly opt-in backup to your own Google Drive. Everything is spelled out plainly in the privacy policy.

Features
Everything QuitWin: Addiction Tracker does
Focused features, no filler — each one designed to work without a network connection.
Track every win, precisely
A live sober timer counting to the second, money saved computed from your real spending (or time reclaimed, for habits that steal hours), and health recovery ticking forward in the background.
10 habits — or your own
Smoking, alcohol, vaping, sugar, porn, gambling, procrastination, social media, junk food and caffeine are built in, or define any custom habit — and quit more than one at once with the habit switcher.
Daily check-ins & streak freezes
A quick daily check-in logs your mood and craving level and builds a check-in streak. Seven check-ins in a row earn a streak freeze (bank up to three) that covers a missed day.
XP, 100 levels & 54 trophies
Check-ins, journal entries, defeated urges and clean-time milestones all earn XP across 100 levels — and unlock 54 trophies, from 'First Sunrise' to comeback awards that celebrate honesty after a slip.
Your phoenix companion
A phoenix that grows through five stages as your total clean days add up — and never demotes after a slip. Unlock new looks as you level up and collect trophies.
Panic button for cravings
One tap opens the urge SOS: guided 4-7-8 breathing and a five-minute urge-surfing timer to ride out a craving instead of obeying it — most cravings pass in minutes.
Relapse without ruin
A slip is logged with compassion, never punishment. Your longest streak, money saved and XP are preserved — you continue, not restart from zero.
Health recovery timelines
See what your body is repairing and when — milestone by milestone, tailored per habit — or, for time-sink habits, what you could do with the hours you're reclaiming.
Journal & urge log
Write journal entries with mood, craving strength and tags, and log every urge you defeat — the honest record of how far you've come.
Year heatmap & stats
A GitHub-style heatmap of your whole year — clean days, check-ins, journal days and slips, all visible and unflinching — plus a weekly recap.
Widgets & gentle reminders
A day-counter widget and a panic-button widget for your home screen, with optional motivation, check-in and milestone notifications you can quiet-hour or switch off.
App lock & discreet mode
Lock QuitWin behind a PIN or your fingerprint, and turn on discreet mode to hide the app behind a neutral name and keep notifications free of habit names.

Addiction is a pattern your brain learned for good reasons. Understanding why makes it far easier to unlearn.
What Happens in Your Brain When You Quit an Addiction
