Introduction

AI Learning: AI/ML/DS Q&A ("AI Learning") is a private, offline app for learning AI, Machine Learning and Data Science. It is developed and maintained by Prachi, an independent developer, who you can reach any time at support@elevatedev.co.in.

This privacy policy took effect on the "last updated" date shown above (July 12, 2026). It explains, in plain language, what data the app handles, how that data is used, and — just as importantly — what the app does not do.

The short version: AI Learning does not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal data. Everything you enter into the app is stored only on your device and never leaves it through the app.

Data We Collect

None. AI Learning has no user accounts, no sign-in, no cloud database and no server operated by the developer. Nothing you enter is transmitted off your device by the app, and Prachi has no technical means to see, access or recover anything you store in it.

Data We Access & Store on Your Device

To do its job, AI Learning stores the following information locally, in the app's private storage on your device. This data stays on the device ONLY — it is never uploaded, transmitted, sold or shared:

  • Your selected learning level and study progress.
  • Quiz and mock-test scores and history.
  • Bookmarked questions and in-app preferences (theme, reminders, app lock).

Data Categories (Google Play Data Safety)

In the categories used by Google Play's Data Safety section, the information AI Learning handles falls under:

  • App activity & settings (your level, progress, quiz results, bookmarks and preferences) — stored on-device only.
  • None of these categories is "collected" or "shared" in the Play Data Safety sense: the data is processed ephemerally or stored on-device only, and never leaves your device through the app.

How Your Data Is Used

The data above is used only inside the app, on your device, to provide the features you asked for. It is never used for advertising, profiling, marketing, "improving our services" or any purpose beyond these:

  • To remember your chosen level, your progress and your quiz and mock-test results on your device.
  • To store your bookmarks and in-app preferences such as theme and reminders.

Data Sharing & Selling

Prachi does not share, sell, rent, trade or disclose any of your data to third parties — for advertising, analytics, "partners" or anything else. There is nothing to share: no data ever reaches the developer in the first place.

The only way information leaves AI Learning is when you explicitly export or share something yourself (for example, a file you generate and choose to send). Anything you share is transferred by the app you share it to, under that app's policies. User-initiated export or backup is the only path by which data can leave the app.

Third-Party Services

AI Learning does not integrate third-party services that receive your personal data — no analytics providers, no advertising networks, no cloud databases.

In-app purchases, if any: if AI Learning offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade (or any other in-app purchase), the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing, Google's own payment system. Prachi never receives your card or payment details — Google Play only confirms to the app that a purchase succeeded. Google's privacy policy governs payment processing. There are no subscriptions, and your data is never behind a paywall.

Google Play Billing is used only if you choose the optional Pro upgrade, so Google can process your purchase. Google receives the purchase details it needs to complete the transaction; the developer never receives your payment card details.

If you install the app from Google Play, Google's own terms and privacy policy govern the store itself (downloads, payments and reviews), independently of this app.

Permissions & Why We Ask

AI Learning may request the following Android permissions, and only for the reasons stated. Denying an optional permission never locks you out of the rest of the app:

  • Notifications (optional) — only if you enable a daily study reminder. You can use the entire app without notifications.
  • Fingerprint / biometric (optional) — only if you turn on the app lock, to unlock the app with your device PIN or fingerprint. Nothing biometric leaves your device.
  • Internet — the app declares the internet permission for future ad-readiness, but it does not use the network for your learning data: all content is bundled in the app, there is no account and no sync, and no learning data is ever transmitted. See the note on advertising below.

Analytics, Advertising & Tracking

AI Learning contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services that upload data, and no third-party trackers of any kind. We do not profile you, fingerprint your device, or measure your behaviour.

The app does not show ads and does not request, collect or use the Android Advertising ID. If a future version were ever to introduce advertising or use the Advertising ID (we have no plans to), this policy would be updated here, with a new date, before that version shipped.

Data Security

Your data is held in AI Learning's private app storage, which Android sandboxes from every other app on the device. Because the app transmits nothing, there is no data in transit to intercept and no server-side copy to breach — the most common ways apps leak data simply do not exist here.

For an extra layer of protection we recommend using your device's screen lock (PIN, pattern or biometrics), which also protects everything inside the app, and keeping Android's full-disk encryption enabled (it is on by default on modern devices).

Backups & Exports

Any backup or export features in AI Learning produce files that you control. They are created only when you ask, written only where you choose, and are never uploaded by the developer. If you copy an export to a cloud drive, that storage provider's policy applies to the copy you made. This user-initiated path is the only way your data can leave the device.

Standard Android device backups (if you have them enabled in system settings) are managed by Android and your device manufacturer under Google's terms, not by Prachi.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained on your device only for as long as you choose to keep it — there is no server-side copy, so there is nothing the developer retains, and no retention schedule other than the one you set by keeping or deleting your own data.

Deleting your data is entirely in your hands, at any time and without asking anyone:

  • Delete individual entries inside the app whenever you like.
  • Clear the app's data from Android Settings → Apps → AI Learning → Storage, which wipes everything the app stored.
  • Uninstall the app — everything it stored in private storage is removed from the device along with it.
  • There is no server-side copy anywhere, so there is nothing to request deletion of — deletion on your device is complete and final.

Children's Privacy

AI Learning is not directed at children under 13, and Prachi does not knowingly collect data from anyone — including children — because the app collects no data at all. It has no chat, no social features and no advertising. If you believe a child has used the app, simply deleting the app's data or uninstalling it removes everything, as nothing ever left the device.

Your Rights

Privacy laws around the world (such as the GDPR and CCPA) give you rights over your personal data — access, correction, deletion, portability and objection to processing. AI Learning satisfies these by design, because you are the only person who holds the data:

  • Access — open the app; everything it knows about you is visible there, on your device.
  • Correction — edit or update any entry directly in the app.
  • Deletion — delete entries in-app, clear the app's data, or uninstall (see "Data Retention & Deletion").
  • Portability / export — where the app offers export or report features, the files produced are yours, in ordinary formats, stored where you choose.
  • Nothing to object to — there is no profiling, no automated decision-making and no marketing to opt out of. If you still have a question about your rights, email support@elevatedev.co.in.

Optional Pro Upgrade

AI Learning is free to use. An optional Pro upgrade unlocks the full library and extra practice tools, and is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment is processed by Google under Google's terms and privacy policy; the developer never sees or stores your payment card details, and no learning data is shared as part of a purchase.

Advertising

AI Learning is ad-free by default and shows no ads in the app as shipped today. The app declares the internet permission so that ads can be enabled in a future release if the developer chooses. If and when advertising is ever turned on, this policy will be updated first to disclose exactly what any advertising SDK collects, and the Play Data Safety section will be updated accordingly. Until then, the app makes no advertising or analytics network requests, and your learning data is never used for advertising.

A Note on the Content

AI Learning is a study aid to help you learn and revise, not an authoritative reference. The content is carefully written and reviewed, but you should cross-check important facts for exams or professional work. None of your answers, scores or bookmarks are ever sent to the developer — they stay on your device.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date, which is also the date the changes take effect. Material changes (for example, if a future version added an optional online feature) will be described here before that version ships. The fundamental promise will never change retroactively: data you stored under a no-collection policy will never be silently collected later.

No Warranty & Your Own Checks

This policy explains how AI Learning handles data. It is not a warranty about the app itself, and it does not make Prachi responsible for how you use it.

AI Learning is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Prachi is not liable for any loss you may suffer through using it — including lost data, missed reminders, lost profits or decisions you make based on what the app shows you — to the maximum extent applicable law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please check the app's output before you act on it. AI Learning organises what you enter; it does not verify that what you entered is correct, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make. The full terms, including the complete limitation of liability, are at https://elevatedev.co.in/terms.
