HabitWin: Build Habits
A private, offline, gently gamified habit tracker: build or cut back any habit, earn XP & gold, grow a companion, protect streaks with freezes. 9 languages.
Build habits. Level up. Never get shamed.
- Free
- No account
HabitWin wraps your everyday routines in a gentle RPG. Add positive habits to build and negative habits to cut back, on flexible schedules — daily, specific weekdays, or a few times a week — set a difficulty from Trivial to Hard, and check them off with one tap, grouped by the time of day you actually do them. Every completion earns XP and gold, levels you up, and grows Lumen, a glowing companion that evolves through five tiers from a tiny Mote to a radiant Luminary.
The quest never turns on you. Missing a day never wipes your streaks, your level or your history — and streak freeze tokens, bought with in-app gold, automatically shield a streak when life gets in the way. Per-habit milestones celebrate 3 to 365-day streaks, 66 badges (some secret) fill themed shelves, weekly quests and a rotating Quest of the Day keep things fresh, and the Journey screen lays out your whole story — streaks, milestones, level unlocks and lifetime stats. Add an optional mood and note as you check off, then let insights, heatmaps and a weekly recap show you when you're at your best.
There is no account and no server run by us — your habit data stays on your device. Two optional features use the internet: a strictly opt-in encrypted backup to your own Google Drive, and banner ads (Google AdMob) that help support development and can be turned off in Settings. Everything is spelled out plainly in the privacy policy.

Features
Everything HabitWin: Build Habits does
Focused features, no filler — each one designed to work without a network connection.
Gentle by design
Missing a day is never punished: your streak history, level, gold and badges are always preserved. A rest day is part of the quest, not a failure.
Build or cut back any habit
Positive habits to grow and negative habits to reduce, with flexible schedules — daily, specific weekdays, or N times per week — and difficulty tiers from Trivial to Hard that scale your rewards.
XP, gold & your Lumen companion
Every check-off earns XP and gold. Level up and watch Lumen — your glowing companion — evolve through five tiers: Mote, Wisp, Sprite, Guardian and Luminary.
Streak milestones on every habit
Per-habit milestones at 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100, 180 and 365 days, each with a celebration — and a 'next milestone' nudge on every habit so the next win is always in sight.
Streak freezes, never punishment
Spend earned gold on freeze tokens; when you miss a scheduled day, a freeze steps in automatically and your streak survives. Gentle, always.
66 badges & the Journey screen
Sixty-six badges across themed shelves — including secret ones to discover — plus a dedicated Journey screen: a roadmap of your streaks, milestones, level unlocks and lifetime stats.
Quests & surprise bonuses
Set your own weekly quests, take on a rotating Quest of the Day, and enjoy the occasional tasteful surprise bonus — never a wager, never a loss.
Journal & mood check-ins
Optionally add a mood and a note when you check off a habit, and revisit it all on a Journal timeline.
Insights & weekly recap
Learn when you're strongest — 'you're most consistent on Tuesdays' — with best-day insights, personal records and a weekend recap of your week.
Stats, heatmap & categories
Completion trends, a heatmap of your consistency, and per-category stats — with categories and tags you can filter by.
Reminders, widget & app lock
Reminders you control, a home-screen widget for one-glance progress, and an app lock with PIN and fingerprint — in a dark-first design with reduced-motion support.
Backups you control
Create an encrypted local backup file protected by your passphrase, or turn on a strictly opt-in encrypted backup to your own Google Drive.
